Through our exclusive robotic technology and CNC machining process, we bond a second layer of equally thick plastic under extreme pressure to the hingeline. This additional 3” of plastic virtually eliminates ovalization of the hinge holes.

Adverse climate conditions, especially sunlight, dry out the oil in the plastic, making the lid weak and decreasing performance. We maintain the strength and integrity of the plastic, by protecting the molecules against temperature extremes and the elements. A UV inhibitor is combined into the plastic. It is not just used as a top coat.
